Challenge:

Opening of a new skin care clinic amongst a sea of unqualified skin pirates!

We needed Pristine to open the doors to the market with confidence of bookings, trust of the public and the trajectory to be a successful and sustainable business.

You do not need to be a medical doctor to issue a lot of aesthetic skin treatments like Derma Fillers and Anti Wrinkle Therapy treatments like botox.

This can lead to dangerous and irresponsible treatments from many clinics injecting as many sales into their clients as they can, whether it's the safest and most effective treatment or not. The media is full of horror stories from providers like this and regulatory bodies make it harder for trusted and trained professionals. Whilst these treatments may be for aesthetic purposes, they should be very carefully considered and advised by qualified health professionals.

Solution:

We needed to position Pristine Skin and Dr Rosh as the trusted go-to skin doctor in the region. Consulted by a doctor, and treated by a doctor. The right treatment for your skin, based on medical evidence and experience. Affordable care with the peace of mind of medical qualifications and experience. The hands of a doctor.

  • Alongside the client, we strategised and workshopped the key messaging around Affordable and Evidence Based Doctor led Clinic to support and inspire business development.

  • Logo Design to support the brand story and establish as a trusted and professional entity.

  • Produced and directed video interviews and content with Dr Rosh that showcased health credentials, friendly and approachable brand personality and the mission of the clinic.

  • Produced and directed photography assets to be used for website, branding and social media.

  • Developed a Social Media Strategy to provide social proof and market to the region and beyond

  • Produced a Social Media Content Calendar which included copy, images, video and hashtag library to maximise local presence. This was achieved across multiple channels including personal brand, tone of voice and execution,

  • SEO audit and consultation of website to maximise website visitors and click through to booking pages.

  • UX and UI website consult and design to maximise customer experience and access
