The first cab off the rank of projects was when we teamed up with Region Media to produce an internal video of their very first bi-monthly client luncheons at the Rydges Hotel in Canberra (Which just underwent some amazing renovations).
We arrived on site at the Rydges Hotel an hour before the festivities kicked off, quickly finding a good spot to store our equipment and getting everything prepped for the shoot. We travelled light for this event as we needed to be able to bounce around quickly without being too distracting to the attendees of the event.
First up we grabbed one of the Region Media team members before the attendees arrived and smashed out a interview intro-ing the Luncheons. We wanted to shoot this interview in the space of the event showcasing the effort that had gone into creating a beautiful space for Region's clients to enjoy.
Once the attendees started arriving it was all systems go, we bounced between capturing the attendees networking, getting photos in front of the media wall and capturing all the delicious food being prepared. Before we knew it, it was a wrap on a very successful event and time to pack up the gear and hit the editing room.
